Mr. Trautman commented that the old composition of the sign was visually pleasant. The applicant gave the board a description of the project. Mr. Trautman questioned if the word "IMAX" could be on top of the "AMC 24 THEATERS". The applicant responded no, since AMC provides the "IMAX". Mrs. Mark commented that the palm tree on the current signage makes the sign esthetically attractive. She suggested for the applicant to move the waves on the signage and the rest of the sign down. Mrs. Mark also recommended to 'remove the crown-molding area that would allow more space to add the tree. The applicant commented that she will inform the signage company on the comments and suggestions made by the board. Mr. Bedell questioned if the sun on the signage stands out more than the palm tree and letters. The applicant replied no, the sun does not stand out as much as the letters or palm tree.
