Dear Mr. Hampton:
I do not know whether you remember me, but Mr. Villafane, the
owner of the above referenced property, and I met with you in
October of last year about a fine problem because the property was
overgrown.
I once again would like to thank you for your cooperation in
settling that matter. However, I am writing to you today about a
proposition involving that same property.
As I understand it, the City is underway with a new community
redevelopment plan. After speaking with Cathy Vasquez on many
occasions it seems the City has an interest in a Community Center
in the approximate location of the referenced property.
At the July 28, 1994, Code Enforcement Board hearing I brought
up in a general way a preliminary proposal dealing w 1 G.he above
referenced property. I was later instructed by
Esq. , the City Attorney, to make some sort of proposal to yo Ia and
send him a copy as it seemed of interest to him. Hence,
sending you the following preliminary proposal for your
consideration.
The property located at 5872 S .W. 68th Street is divided into
10 equal lots as I understand it. Currently, the owner is trying
to sell the property either in its entirety or as individual lots.

I believe a deal of this nature would greatly benefit the City
in its redevelopment plan. Mr. Villafane,
the owner of the

arranged to work out an agreement.
