Participation in the Corporate Run last year (which normally sustains us throughout the year) brought in about half of what we normally would] expect in revenues. We are hoping by postponing the event to September of this year it gives us time for enough people to get vaccinated so we are able to host the event with large crowds and people are comfortable coming to the event. While the Twilight 5K isn't as big for us as the Corporate Run it is just as important as it is our "hometown race". With limited participation expected we are concerned about being able to afford everything. That being said we would like to request that the special event application fee, public works, parking and street closure/mot to be waived. Sorry I wasn't able to answer the phone earlier. I am working on sales floor but can answer if I am not waiting on customers if you want to call again.
