District Light Industrial-4 (TODD LI-4) zoning district.
According to your inquiry, you are proposing to establish an upscale early childhood
development center. Based on that information, your proposed business would be
considered to be a school, elementary or secondary. Pursuant to Ordinance #05-11-2078,
a school, elementary or secondary is permitted as a Special Use in the TODD LI-4 zoning
district. I have attached a copy of Ordinance#05-11-2078 as well as a copy of the Special
Use application for you to review.
