Apr INSTRUCTIONS FOR ERPB APPLICANTS SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND GUIDELINES NOTE: All construction and improvements visible from the public right-of-way MUST be approved by the Environmental Review and Preservation Board. 1. Each sheet of plans , for any improvement, costing $15,000 or more (including: labor, materials and services) shall 'Dear the date and the impress seal and signature of a licensed Professional in accordance with State & County regulation. 2. All applications are reviewed for accuracy, completeness and compliance with South Miami's -and Development Code. If a problem is found with your application, you will be notified as soon as possible. Problems that are not resolved before the application deadline will result in the exclusion of the application from t'z:e upcoming agenda. 3 . Neither applicants nor their representatives are REQUIRED to attend the ERPB meeting. H!--,Wever, your chances of receiving approval are much glea-er if someone is present at the meeting who can answer questions abc-u_ the project and is authorized to make correctio^.:-z and modiJ"ications to the plans.
