Applicant present: A. Fathi Action: At today's meeting, the Board, applicant and staff discussed the request for a revision after the fact. The revision consists of a new driveway on SW 68 Street, and the paved areas have been differently distributed due to the new driveway and different swimming pool configuration. The Board expressed concern over the pavers at pool deck that did not appear to comply with the setback zoning requirement. REMARKS Ms. Mark clarified that in the minutes of August 2, 2005 in the portion relating to the Dison property, she suggested to limit the scale of the large open area and to limit large scale sports in the park. On another matter, Ms. Cabrera informed the Board that Ms. Banks was no longer a member of the ERPB. Mr. Trautman thanked all the Board members for attending the meeting. VII. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Minutes for regular meeting held on August 2, 2005. Action: The Board decided to approve the minutes at the next meeting with the correction as suggested by staff. VIII. ANALYSIS: At this time, the applicant is requesting a revision after the fact.. The revision consists of a new driveway.on SW 68th Street, and the. paved areas have been differently distributed due to the new driveway and different swimming pool configuration, not affecting the approved/built building design nor the . impervious coverage. Pursuant to Section 20-3.5E of the Land Development Code Dimensional Requirements for Single-Family District, the maximum allowed impervious coverage is 30% (14, 496 square feet), the proposed impervious. coverage is 27% (12,875 square feet).
