SUBMIT SHOP DRAWINGS TO THE ENGINEER OF RECORD FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL. ALL COMPONENTS OF THE WATER AND SEWER FACILITIES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE MIAMI-DADE WATER k SEWER DEPARTMENT (M-DWASD) APPROVED MATERIALS LIST, NO EXCEPTIONS. 2. CONTRACTOR SHALL PREPARE AND PERMIT, AS REQUIRED, ALL MAINTENANCE OF TRANSPORTATION (MOT) PLANS RELATED TO ANY AND ALL OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE FACILITIES OUTLINED IN THESE PLANS. 3. IT IS THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO OBTAIN ALL CONSTRUCTION PERMITS, SUCH AS. PUBLIC WORKS, F -OOT ETC. 4. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ALL INSPECTIONS WITH ALL PERTINENT GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES AND SHALL PROVIDE THE ENGINEER OF RECORD WITH WRITTEN NOTIFICATIONS AND/OR PHONE CALLS AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO EACH INSPECTION. 5. CONTRACTOR SHALL ARRANGE AND PAY FOR DENSITY TESTS AS PER M-DWASD SPECIFICATIONS, TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE ENGINEER OF RECORD FOR APPROVAL. 6. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL HIRE A PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR TO PREPARE ALL AS-BUILTS REQUIRED BY M-DWASD, AS WELL AS, PROCESS ALL AS-BUILTS THROUGH M-DWASD FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL. 7. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE THE ENGINEER OF RECORD WITH ALL REQUIRED BACTERIOLOGICAL SAMPLES, BACKFLOW DEVICE TESTS/INSPECTION REPORTS, CERTIFICATIONS, PRESSURE TESTS, AS-BUILTS, COMPACTION REPORTS AND ANY OTHER CONSTRUCTION RELATED ITEMS REQUIRED BY MIAMI-DADE WATER do SEWER DEPARTMENT IN A TIMI'LY FASHION FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL. d. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR INSTALLING THE WATER AND SEWER FACILITIES TO COORDINATE WITH THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR AND OWNER FOR ANY WORK TO BE PERFORMED BY MIAMI-DADE WATER & SEWER DEPARTMENT FORCES AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE. COORDINATION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: 1) DALING WITH M-DWASD OFFICIALS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE PROJECT TO ENSURE THAT THE M-DWASD WORK WILL NOT IMPACT THE PROJECT SCHEDULE, 2) OBTAINI G ANY CHECKS OR OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT FROM THE DEVELOPER, 3) PROVIDING THE OWNER AND ENGINEER OF RECORD WITH M-DWASO'S ANTICIPATED WORK SCHEDULE, 3., IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO INSTALL ALL CONCRETE SLABS AND BOLLARDS REQUIRED BY MIAMI-DADE WATER k SEWER DEPARTMENT AS PER THEIR CURRENT STANDARD DETAILS. 10. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR INSTALLING THE WATER AND SEWER FACILITIES TO COORDINATE WITH THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR AND OWNER WITH REGARDS TO THE WATER METER INSTALLATION EXPECTATIONS TO AVOID DELAYS AND POSSIBLE LIABILITIES. 11, IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR INSTALLING THE WATER AND SEWER FACILITIES TO INITIATE THE PREPARATION OF ALL WATER k SEWER CONVEYANCE DOCUMENTS IN A TIMELY FASHION TO NOT IMPACT THE PROJECT SCHEDULE.
