5. INSTALL NEW 3X3 26 GA GALVANIZED EAVE DRIP, ALONG
ENTIRE ROOF EDGE.
6. INSTALL GAF RUBBEROID 201.5 SQ.FT. SMOOTH SBS/HOTMOP.
7. INSTALL GLASS CAP WHITE.
8. INSTALL NEW 16" GALVANIZED VALLEY FLASHING & NEW 26 GA
GALVANIZED COUNTER FLASHING WHENEVER NEEDED.
9. PRIME EAVE DRIP & FLASHING MTL'S WITH ASTM D 41 ASPHALT
PRIMER.
10. INSTALL NEW LEAD FLASHING & ROOF VENTS PENETRATIONS & SEAL
WITH ASPHALT POLYGLASS 500 MEMBRANE AND ALL WHEATHER
FLASHING CEMENT.
11. CLEAN-UP ALL TRASH & DEBRIS AND HAUL AWAY FROM PREMISES.
GENERAL DEMOLITION NOTES:
1. ALL CEILING GRID AND TILES TO BE REMOVED.
2. ALL CEILING TILES TO BE REUSED IF POSSIBLE. (RETURN TO OWNER)
