LOCAL ORDINANCES.
2. THE INSTALLATION SHALL BE MADE SO THAT THE COMPONENT PARTS FUNCTION
TOGETHER AS A WORKABLE SYSTEM; IT SHALL BE COMPLETED WITH ALL EQUIPMENT IN
PROPER ADJUSTMENT AND IN OPERATIVE CONDITION. THE WORK SHALL BE EXECUTED IN

3. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SECURE AND PAY FOR ALL PERMITS, TAXES, ROYALTIES, AND
OTHER FEES AS REQUIRED FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A COMPLETE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM.
4. THE PLANS ARE GENERALLY DIAGRAMMATIC AND THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE
HIS WORK WITH THE WORK OF OTHER TRADES SO THAT INTERFERENCES BETWEEN CONDUITS,
PIPING, EQUIPMENT AND STRUCTURAL WORK WILL BE AVOIDED.
5. ALL MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT SHALL BE GUARANTEED FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1)
YEAR FROM DATE OF FINAL ACCEPTANCE THEREOF, AGAINST DEFECTIVE MATERIALS,
CONSTRUCTION OR WORKMANSHIP.
6. FOLLOWING COMPLETION OF THE WORK REQUIRED HERON, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE
