6800 SW 67 ST_EB-92-059 PROJECT DESCRIPTION The structure being built is an "Indian style chickee". It will be approximately 12x12 to 12x14 measured from post to post. The posts will be cypress posts with a thatched roof of paltf fronds. There are numerous structures of this type in the area, including several within the South Miami city limits. It will be built by Mr. Jimmy Osceola, a Miccousukee Indian who lives in a rural area on the Reservation, and has built dozens of .these structures . The floor will be grass. The structure will be located in the pool area in the backyard of my home, no closer than 50 feet from either boundary line to the sides, and about 130 feet from the property line .to the back. Even though it will be very attractive in appearance, it will hardly be visible (if at all) due to the large lots in our subdivision (one acre minimum) and the substantial number of trees. You must receive a valid Building Permit after approval by the ERPB. Applications for Building Permits for single-family residential projects will be processed and issued as soon as possible after ERPB final approval. All other permit applications must observe a fifteen (15) day ERPB appeal period before such permits can be issued. Revised drawings for final approval must be submitted. All submissions must be received in the Building & Zoning Department before 12:00 Noon on 06/08/92 , in order to be placed on the agenda for the ERPB Meeting of 06/16/92 . Separate filing fees are required for every submission and for each meeting. Revised drawings for Chairman's signature must be submitted. All submissions must be received in the Building & Zoning Department.
