ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL MAKE A THOROUGH SURVEY OF EXISTING ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND FAMILIARIZE HIMSELF WITH IT, AND WITH THE NEW ELECTRICAL SYSTEM PROPOSED, PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. 2.
