TESTS AIRE AVAILABLE. FOUNDATIONS ARE DESIGNED FOR AN ASSUMED SAFE SOIL
BEARING CAPACITY OF 2000 NSF, BASED ON OBSERVED SAND AND FRAGMENTED
ROCK SUBSOIL. SHOULD ACTUAL CONDITIONS BE FOUND TO DIFFER THROUGHOUT
CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY ARCHITECT PRIOR TO PROCEEDING WITH COMPACTION.
PRIOR TO POURING, CONTRACTOR SHALL PROCURE 4 SUBMIT TO THE COUNTY A
STATEMENT FROM THIS ARCHITECT OR A P.E. ATTESTING TO ACTUAL SOIL CONDITIONS

2. CONCRETE:

4. NO WATER SHALL BE ADDED TO THE CONCRETE AT THE JOB SITE.

VERTICAL CELLS TO BE GROUTED SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM CLEAR DIMENSION
OF 3 INCHES AND CLEAR AREA OF 10 SQ IN. GROUTING SHALL BE DONE
