CONTROL APPROVAL FROM DADE COUNTY. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPILE
AND SUBMIT ALL APPLICABLE ACCEPTANCE NOTICES TO ARCHITECT FOR
REVIEW PRIOR TO PURCHASING.
S. ALL EXISTING WINDOWS ARE SCHEDULED FOR REPLACEMENT, AS MARKED.
CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY OPENING SIZES, AND ENSURE COMPLIANCE
WITH EGRESS REQUIREMENTS WHERE INDICATED.
10. SEVERAL EXTERIOR OPENINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH DADE COUNTY
APPROVED HURRICANE PROTECTION DEVICES, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY
TESTED AND ACCEPTED FOR INSTALLATION WITHOUT THEM. CONTRACTOR
SHALL SUBMIT PRODUCT CONTROL NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE FOR REVIEW.
DEMOLITION NOTES:

4. APPLIANCES, EQUIPMENT AND FIXTURES SCHEDULED TO BE
REMOVED AND STORED FOR REINSTALLATION, SHALL BE
PROPERLY SECURED BY THE CONTRACTOR, EITHER ON -SITE
OR AWAY, AND INSURED AGAINST PROPERTY DAMAGE.
