REQUIREMENTS:
Compliance with Sections 24.12.1, 24.12.2 of Miami -Dade County Code / Aquifer Protection Requirement

COMMENTS:
1. French Drain shall be as per SD 1.1 or SD 1.1 (modified)
2. Catch Basin shall be as per SD 2.2, 2.6 or larger, with baffles preceding all French Drains
3. Site's property lines shall be graded to indicate that stormwater does not runoff to adjacent properties.
4. French Drain serving covered parking garages shall be as per SD 1.1 modified or preceded by an oil and grease trap.
5. No built -up structure shall be constructed over or upon an approved Drainage System.
6. Deviations from approved design shall be submitted to Plan Review's P dr D Section for reapproval,
7. All French Drain lengths, widths, and depths shall be a minimum of 25 ft, 3 ft, and 15 ft respectively.
The length may be 15 feet provided that it provides twice the minimum required length for full onsite retention.
