Accordingly, the development scenarios will inform graphically what decisions need to be made as it relates a comprehensive plan update and focuses specifically on the City's Transit Oriented Development District (TODD) defined by parcels situated along the western boundary of US1-and illustrated in the Attachment herein. The the market assessment associated with this phase of the TODD planning process is intended to provide general insight into redevelopment opportunities and, particularly, demand by use during a 5 to 10 year period within the TODD. We will highlight key economic and real estate issues such as market demand and supply conditions for various redevelopment opportunities and primarily focusing on retail, residential, and (to a lesser extent) office. The goal is to provide an understanding of current market conditions in the market area, as well as identify notable trends that may have an impact on the TODD plan.
