A Resolution relating to budget; authorizing a transfer of $25,000 from Public
Works Office of the Director Regular Salaries account, to Planning and Zoning
Contractual Services account.
WHEREAS, it is requested that the budget for Planning and Zoning Contractual Services
be increased by $25,000 from account No. 001.1770.519.1210 Public Works Office of the Director
Regular Salaries account; and,
WHEREAS, the funds from the Planning and Zoning Contractual Services line item will be
used to pay for additional comprehensive contractual planning and arborists services; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Commission desire to transfer sufficient funds from
account No. 001.1770.519.1210 Public Works Office of the Director Regular Salaries, with a
current balance of $114,664, to account No. 001.1620.524.3450 Planning and Zoning Contractual
Services, with a current balance of $31,438.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOlVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA THAT;

Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to transfer sufficient funds in the
amount of $25,000 from account No. 001.1770.519.1210 Public Works Office of the Director
Regular Salaries, with a current balance of $114,664, to account No. 001.1620.524.3450 Planning
and Zoning Contractual Services, with a current balance of $31,438.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
