LENS UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, AND SHALL BE UL LISTED 1971 ADA 75 CANDELA MINIMUM.
5. ALL MANUAL - INITIATING DEVICES SHALL BE MOUNTED AT 48" TO CENTER A.F.F. UNLESS OTHERWISE
NOTED.
6. CUSTOMER TO PROVIDE (2) PHONE LINES FOR CERTIFICATED CENTRAL STATION MONITORING
WITH DIFFERENT LONG DISTANCE CARRIERS.
7. ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE 110V DEDICATED CIRCUIT WITH 2OAMP CIRCUIT BREAKER,
USING 12AWG THHN TYPE WIRE WITH 600V MINIMUM INSULATION. IN 1/2" MINIMUM CONDUIT. THE
