BACKGROUND & STAFF ANALYSIS:
The building design receivedlfinal approval from ERPB on 2004. The plans should have been
submitted for building permit within the six month timeframe and were not. Therefore, the
approval has expired.
At this time, the same design plans have been resubmitted for final approval. No changes have
been made to the design and the proposed design complies with all zoning guidelines.
Pursuant to Section 20-3.5E of the Land Development Code, Dimensional Requirements,
Single-Family District are as follows:
ZONING SUMMARY OF PR IJECT:
(a) Zoning Designation: RS-3 `Low Density Residential"
(b) Use: Single-Family
At this time, the applicant seeks final approval of the building design from the ERPB.
RECOMMENDATION: Final Approval.
