The applicant/owner of the property is requesting approval for the following exterior renovations: a wood fence, signage, walkway, landscaping, and exterior painting of the existing two-story multi-family buildings. The site plan illustrates the upgrades proposed throughout the property. The six-foot high painted wooden fence along the property line for privacy.
