GENERAL: Windows shall be Aluminum Awning design as manufactured by

CONSTRUCTION: Corners of frame shall be telescoped and when screwed
together in each corner shall form a telescopic joint. Frame head and sill
members shall be reinforced with extruded ribs running the entire length of
head and sill.Vent corners shall be mortised and tenoned.Telescopic corner

HARDWARE:Operator shall be roto-type operator attached securely to frame LOCK ` 4
jamb and frame sill and shall open and close the window by being connected to
the,torque bar arms. When window is in a closed position, all operating
hardware and torque barshall be completely concealed in the framejamb and
frame sill.

FINISH: Windows shall be furnished with standard clear anodized finish

ERECTION: The erection contractor shall securely anchor windows in a Head
straight..plumb and level manner without distortion of the windows.Erector
shall use a suitable mastic at all window mullion joints and shall place
erection screws so they will not interfere with operating hardware or distort
frames.Erector shall make final adjustmentfor proper operation of ventilating p
units after installation is complete. (n
CAULKING: Window opening shall be properly caulked by others with a W
suitable compound to accomplish a thorough weathertight condition around o
the perimeter of the window frame and wall opening. 3
