SOUTH MIAMI, 'FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING WAIVER OF PLATTING REQUIREMENTS OF PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN UPON APPLICATION OF OWNER, E. L. ALLEN. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the application of E. L. ALLEN, owner, for a Waiver of. Plat to permit division into .two building sites of the following described property, to-wit: TRACT 15 ,NELSON HOMESITES, PB 39/67 Dade County, Florida, be and hereby is APPROVED upon the following conditions: (a) That said Tract be divided into two equal parcels each having a frontage of approximately 161 feet 'on SW 64 Street and SW .65 Street. (b) That any building to be constructed on said parcels shall face and front on SW 64 Street. (,c) That the property owner enter into an agreement with the City for the installation of such improvements as shall be required by the Public Works Department of the City and the posting with the City a bond with adequate Sureties for 110/ of the estimated cost of such improvements. to guarantee the installation thereof, (d) That Waiver -of 'Plat be approved by Metropolitan Dade County in accordance with the Dade County Subdivision Law.
