that was resented to the Environmental Review and Preservation Board (ERPB)
on 10-18 was approved ba;s�'d on the following conditions:
ERPB felt that you need to bring complete set of drawings
for final approval. Also, the Board recommended some r
changes in pre cast concrete and front -porch columns.
_ A fifteen-day appeal period must elapse from this date before a permit
can be issued.
Have your contractor apply for a building permit now. Do not begin
work until you have received a permit.

Decision of the Environmental Review and Preservation Board can be appealed
to the City Commission by applying in writing to the City Clerk within
fifteen days of that meeting.
