FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING WAIVER OF PLATTING
REQUIREMENTS OF PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN
UPON APPLICATION OF OWNER, E. L. ALLEN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the application of E. L. ALLEN, owner, for
A Waiver of. Plat to permit division into two building sites of
