BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That, pursuant to the authority of Sec . 20-5(2)(b) of the Code of Ordinances, City of South Miami, Florida, the application of HENRY E. SIRKIS for a waiver of any replatting requirements as a prerequisite to the resubdivision of an existing tract into two building sites described as follows : Site 1: The N" of Tract 16, NELSON HOMESITES, and Site 2: The S2 of Tract 16, NELSON HOMESITES, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 39, page 57, Public Records of Dade County, Florida, be and the same hereby is GRANTED. Section 2. That any person, persons, firm, partnership or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.00, or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Municipal Judge .
