ON THE WEST, AND LOTS 115, 116 AND 1171 OF
UNIVERSITY PARK SUBDIVISION ON THE EAST,
AND WHICH ALLEY IS FURTHER OUTLINED IN
BLUE ON THAT CERTAIN SKETCH ATTACHED TO
THIS ORDINANCE, RETAINING CERTAIN RIGHTS
