BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY, COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA Section 1. That the application of EARL W. THOMAS for a variance to permit an addition to a single family residence on real property described as : Lot 2, Block 1, VILLA BUENA, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 56 at Page 51, Public Records , Dade County, Florida , with a rear setback of 15018 feet instead of 25 feet as re- quired by Section 20-32 (a) of the Code of Ordinances , City of South Miami, Florida , be and the same is hereby granted. Section 2„ That any person, persons , firm, partnership or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall upon conviction, be punished by a fine not =,to exceed $500000, or by imprisonment not to exceed six months , or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Municipal Judge. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. Section 3, By reason of the nature of the content of this ordinance it shall not be included in the Code of Ordinances -1- City of South Miami, Florida. W. 64 St. , South Miami, so that I tray have. a place to park my car out of the weather and when it is raining, my wife and I will be able to enter the house through the rear to avoid getting wet. The carport is only 29ft long along the rear line which is 100ft, so. this will not give the Impression of the building being close to the line as the rest of the house is 28.38ft from the line.
