DIEHL FOR VARIANCES AS TO LOTS 21 THROUGH 24, BLOCK 2, PINES .SUB DIVISION PB 13/2 . WHEREAS, J. F. DIEHL duly made application for- a variance ` as to rear setback, side street setback, street frontage and area requirements as to the lands hereinafter described, and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board duly held a public hearing on said application and thereafter recommends that the application be denied, and WHEREAS, the City Council, after the hearing of interested parties, finds that the existing zoning requirements fail to constitute undue hardship as to the properties involved; NOW, THEREFORE,- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA: The application of J.
