I have owned the property located at 6080 S, If, 64th St in the City- of South Miami for a number of years but gradually this property over a period of time has run down to the point to where the Building Department has condemned the building. .I any most anxious to have the present building torn down and replace it with a modern CBS duplex but I find that due to the size of my lot I can not obtain a building permit to build back or replace the exist- ing structure. This creates a very severe hard,shipuppon me and I will be most grateful if the Zoning Board will consider my application for a variance as has been submitted.
