The property at 6075 SW 63 Terrace was, in fact, posted last Friday, March 5, 1993 , instead of the correct property. I do not know the status of the mailing by the City Clerk's Office. Presently, this Department does include a proposed date for the City Commission Meeting on every scheduled item before the Planning Board. However, for the February 23 , 1993 Planning Board Meeting I did not include a date for the City Commission, because at that time the Clerk had expressed her wish to schedule as many Habitat variances together at one time, as possible. Please, forward this memorandum to whomever should be informed.
