that was presented to the Environmental Review and Preservation Board (ERPB)
on July 19 was approved, with the following conditions:
Submit the detail of the gates to Building and Zoning Department
for approval.
_ A fifteen-day appeal period must elapse from this date before a permit
can be issued.
* Have your contractor apply for a building permit now. Do not begin
work until you have received a permit.
_ The deadline for applications to the ERPB meeting of is
before noon.
Decision of the Environmental Review and Preservation Board can be appealed
to the City Commission by applying in writing to the City Clerk within
fifteen days of that meeting.
