ZONING & PUBLIC WORKS INSPECTION DISAPPROVED DUE TO THE
FACT THAT THE RESIDENCE DID NOT MATCH THE PLANS AS PER .ERPB
APPROVAL. THE WINDOWS IN THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY DID NOT
MATCH WHAT WAS SHOWN ON THE PLANS, ONE TREE WAS MISSING
FROM SIDE ADJACENT TO THE $STREET, THE HOUSE IS ELEVATED
HIGHER THAN THE EXISTING HOMES IN THE AREA AND A BERM NEEDS
TO BE INSTALLED TO PREVENT STORMWATER RUNOFF. THE RAILINGS
ALONG THE FRONT PORCH WERE MISSING AS WELL. THERE WAS ALSO
DRAINAGE ISSUES REGARDING THE DRIVEWAY APPROACH LEADING
INTO THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
