was presented to the Environmental Review and Preservation Board
(ERPB) at their meeting on Thursday, May 3, 1994, and was
Approved 3-0
based on the following conditions (s) :
1) That the inside of the arches and space below the windows, and
below the awnings, be treated with a medium gray, slightly darker
than the facade and slightly lighter than the trim, 2) That a color
band(s) be included around the parts of the buildina facinc the
Parking lot and SW 80 Street, and said color band(s) be submitted
to ERPB for approval; 3) That the sign facing the parking---1o1;,
realizina that it does not comply with signage code/ordinance, be
allowed subiect to variance approval.
Final approval by the ERPB is not authorization to begin
construction. Final approval by ERPB shall elapse after six (6)
months if no permit was issued. You must receive a valid Building
Permit after approval by ERPB.
Final decision by the ERPB may be appealed to the City Commission
by written request to the City Clerk before a Building Permit is
issued.
