Dear Ms . Kavlin :
This is to inform you that your request for approval of the.
desing of a fence at 6807 SW 78 Terrace that was presented to
the Environmental Review and Preservation Board (ERPB ) on April
5 , 1988 was approved . The Board has directed that the fence be
either painted to match the existing residence of left to weather
naturally.
Decisions of the Environmental Review and Preservation Board can
be appealed to the City Commission by applying in writing to the
City Clerk within fifteen-days of that meeting .
