The following items are as follows: • The walkway leading to the entrance does not match that of which was approved by the ERPB. • The size of the driveway does not match that of which was approved by the ERPB. • Because of the change in walkway and the increase in size of the driveway, calculations must be provided showing that the maximum impervious coverage for this property has not been exceeded. In order to correct these discrepancies, revisions to the previously approved plans must be submitted for review and approval by the ERPB.After that approval,a revised set of plans must be submitted to the City of South Miami Building Department. It is understood that the aforementioned property is still under construction and that the applicant is only requesting a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy at this time. If the applicant feels that the installation of the awnings or the decorative railings on the second floor of the building will not be installed, these items must be removed from the plans and reviewed by the ERPB again prior to the granting of a Certificate of Occupancy..
