A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA, RELATING TO REQUESTING TAX
EXEMPTION ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5845 SOUTHWEST 68th
STREET, ACQUIRED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA, FOR
PUBLIC USE; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Commission of the City of South
Miami recognize that on July 15, 1996, the City acquired the
following described property for public use.
Lots, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17, inclusive, Block
8, of Plat of Realty Securities Corporation's
Townsite of Larkins, according to the plat
thereof as filed in Plat Book 2 at Page 105 of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The Dade County Tax Assessor's folio numbers
for the property are as

THIS INDENTURE is made this 105700 wiciday of July, 1996, by and between Joel L. Tabas, as
Bankruptcy Trustee appointed in that case styled "In re: Ralph H. Coker alkla Ralph Haygood Coker, Case No. 96-11370 40
BKC -AJC, filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida, Chapter 7 Proceeding" (hereinafter
"Grantor ") and the City of South Miami, Florida, a municipality of the State of Florida (hereinafter "Grantee ") at Miami,
Dade County, Florida.
Grantor, pursuant to a duly authorized order of the United States Bankruptcy Court, a certified copy of which is
recorded simultaneously herewith, for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Dollars
($163,000.00), the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and which for all purposes shall be deemed fair market value
for the property, hereby grants, bargains, sells, conveys and transfers to Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, fee
simple title to a certain parcel of real property, heretofore owned by Ralph H. Coker a /k /a Ralph Haygood Coker a /k /a
Ralph H. Coker, Jr., situate in Dade County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lots 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17, inclusive, Block 8, of Plat of Realty Securities Corporation's Townsite of
Larkins, according to the plat thereof as filed in Plat Book 2 at Page 105 of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida. The Dade County Tax Assessor's folio numbers for the property are as
follows: #/09- 4025 -028 -0910 (as to Lots 13 and 14) and 1#094025- 028 -0920 (as to Lots 15, 16 and 17).
This conveyance is made pursuant to 11 United States Code §363(f), conveying the property free and clear of all
liens. Grantor, in his capacity as trustee, will defend the same solely from the claims of all persons claiming by and through
Grantor, as trustee, subject to easements, restrictions and reservations of record common to the subdivision.: and taxes fo: the
