Agenda Item # 13 Commission Meeting October 1, 1996 Property Appraisal Agreement The attached resolution authorizes the City Manager to enter an agreement with Quinlivan Appraisal to complete an appraisal of the property at SW 64�` Avenue that is proposed for an open space park. The State requires than an appraiser from its approved list complete an appraisal of record as part of the process to receive a State award. This is a reimbursable expense that may be deducted from the award when it is received. Quinfivan submitted the lowest bid to complete this service, $500.00.
