FROM OCED WHEREAS, MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE FLORIDA, RELATING TO A MULTI -USE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO TRACT WITH ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN TO COMPLETE THE DESIGN AND SION OF THE MULTI -USE RECREATION FUNDS FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE DRAWN , AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $50,000. DIRECTLY The City of South Miami has been awarded funds in the amount of $50, 0 0 0 by the Metro Dade Off ice of Community and Economic Development to design a Multi -use Recreation Center; and WHEREAS, The Architectural Design Consortium competitive proposal from the three approved Archi Engineering Consultant f irms. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Architectural Design Consortium, Inc. is one of the three firms approved by the Commission, after a competitive bidding process, to provide architectural and engineering services for the City. The cost of this project is not to exceed $50,000, and will be drawn directly from OCED. I recommend approval.
