This is to inform you that your request for approval of
modificaitons to a previously approved residence that was
presented to the Environmental Review and Preservation Board
( ERPB ) on May 3 , 1988 was approved as revised . The Board
requested that the wing wall and cantilever be eliminated and
that a five- foot space be left between the driveway and the front
of the house .
Have your contractor apply for a building permit as soon as
possible so that the plans may be review.ed by our Building
Department . . Do not begin work until you have received a permit .
Decisions of the Environmental Review and Preservation Board can
be appealed to the City Commi'ssion by applying in writing to the
City .Clerk within fifteen-days- of that meeting .
