AFFIDAVIT
Before me, the undersigned, this day personally appeared Knes Marrero-lI'riegues, who
being by me first duly sworn, upon oath, deposes and says:
1. 1 am an authorized legal representative ofFRIT Shops at Sunset Place Fee Owner,
LLC, the owner of that property at 5701 SW 72 Street, South Miami (the "Application
Property"), known generally as Shops at Sunset Place.
2. In my capacity as authorized representative and land use attorney, 1 supervised
and hereby certify that a· Notification Letter of Application for the proposed small ccale
text amendment to the City's Comprehensive Plan, the proposed small scale map
amendment to the City's Future Land Use Map, the proposed text amendment to the
City's Zoning Code; the proposed map amendment to the City's official Zoning Map; the
request for initial site plan approval and the request for repeal and replace of all previous
inconsistent approvals and ordinances related to the development of the Application
Property in the form attached herewith as Exhibit "N and herein incorporated by
reference, was mailed, via U.S. mail to the 192 addresses enumerated in the ownership
list attached as Exhibit "B", the property owners within 500 feet of the Application
Property, except for the 94 property owners of abutting or contiguous properties,
identified and enumerated as such in Exhibit "C", to which the Notification Letter was
mailed via Certified US Mail.
