I would like you to wave the 12 foot ruling on the screening and the 15 foot rule on the outside of the pool wall to 72 and 102 re- spectively. When I bought,this.property_I bought it with building a pool in mind and that was the zoning rule at that time. Owing to the;;fact that the present building is only 72°feet from the line, and this area is hidden on the west by my neighbors 8 foot hedge,, it is my belief that it would be very private and would bother no one.
