The requests will be considered by the Planning Board and the City Commission. The Citis Planning and Zoning Depaltment, at 6130 Sunset Drive, South Miami, will have on file all documents, plans and suppOlting materials pertaining to this application. In addition, the City's Planning and Zoning Depaliment will prepare and mail the required notices of public hearing in accordance with the City's Land Development Code. I I i I !
