process, preparing the stage for a request to Dade County,
ahead with the necessary surveys and feasibility study requ

Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) in the City of South Miami inclusive of
the following boundaries:

The preliminary findings indicate the following:

2. The finding that sidewalks, utilities and transportation infrastructure
is inadequate, and no planned improvements have been designated;
.3. The finding that the level of p rivate sector investment and commerce within
the proposed boundary has not been maintained or increased as it his been in

necessary to maintain the public health, safety, morals, and welfare of the
residents in the City of South Miami; and
