STROYNE BROTHERS SOUTH, • R 5 ADMINISTRATION, COLLECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PARKING METERS AND DECAL PARKING AREAS IN THE CITY OF • UTH MIAM FLORIDA, SUBJECT TO ANNUAL RENEWAL WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of City of South Miami Charter, the City Administration solicited bids for a new four -year contract on administration, collection and maintenance of the parking meters and decal parking areas in the City of South Miami, and WHEREAS, Stroyne Brothers South, Inca submitted the sole bid, and WHEREAS, after extensive negotiation with Mr. Ron Stroyne, of Stroyne Brothers South, Inc., a four -year agreement has been reached between the company and the City Administration to maintain the same provisions in the current contract (copy of which is hereby attached as Exhibit A) with a yearly renewal clause, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF • FLORIDA: Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the attached contract with Stroyne :Brothers South, Inc. Section _2.
