All applications are reviewed for accuracy, completeness and compliance with South Miami's Land Development Code. If a problem is found with your application, you will be notified as soon as possible. Problems that are not resolved before the application deadline will result in the exclusion of the application from the upcoming agenda. 3. Neither applicants nor their representatives are REQUIRED to attend the ERPB meeting. However, your chances of receiving approval are much greater if someone is present at the meeting who can answer questions about the project and is authorized to make corrections and modifications to the plans. It is recommended that architects and engineers represent their projects in person. 4. APPROVAL FROM THE ERPB IS NOT AUTHORIZATION TO BEGIN CONSTRUCTION.
