The one condition refers to the subject property and the two front yards. Property faces SW 77th Terrace and SW 78th Street. At this time, the plans indicate an alternative solution to the "decorative wall with entry feature" facing SW 78th Street and a picket fence. The elevations submitted does not comply with the Land Development Code. Survey & Legal Description: See attached property survey revised on 06/01/05. Existing Conditions: The property survey indicates the existing one story cbs building to be demolished. Any landscape removal requires submittal and approval of a tree permit application. Landscaping Plan: A landscape plan, irrigation, mitigation and grading has been submitted for review and comments.
