Applicant's Request & Background: The applicant, Mario Sueiras is requesting approval for the revision to the plans that were previously approved by the Environmental Review and Preservation Board. (ERPB) on December 7, 2010 for the construction of a new single family residence for the above referenced location. At the request of the property owners, Mr. and Mrs. Sueiras, this complete set of revisions include building details and materials that have been replaced, redesigned or omitted due to cost. The proposed revisions are listed in the order illustrated on the photographs followed by the Sheet number where it is illustrated.
