An ordinance amending the Land Development Code, Article II, Section 20-2.3, “Definitions” and Article III, Section 20-3.6 “Supplemental Regulations” adding subsection (W) “Solar Requirements” and providing definitions relating to and criteria and regulations for solar collectors in the City of South Miami. 3/5 (Mayor Stoddard) 13. An Ordinance amending the City of South Miami Land Development Code, Article IV, Section 20-4.7 (B) to clarify the intent of this Section to include commercial properties and by adding subsection (K) to provide for screening of the interior of vacant commercial property. 3/5 (Vice Mayor Welsh) R.
