The City's Parks and Recreation Department desires to continue to provide City
residents with an all-inclusive program guide that features upcoming programs,
activities and special events.
The program guide covers October through March and April through September

By way of a formal competitive process, the City submitted an Invitation to
Quote (lTQ) #PR2017-12 on Monday, May 8,2017 for "Program Guide for Parks
and Recreation Department." Two (2) proposals were received; PCA was the
lowest bidder and is in compliance with the terms of the ITQ.
A contract will be awarded for a one (1) year period. At the discretion of the City
Manager, the contract may be extended for four (4), one (1) year option-to-

the Americas, Inc. ("PCA") $S,794 for services outlined in ITQ #PR-2017-12.
According to Addendum #2, respondents shall only include postage for year 1.
Due to uncertainty in future postage costs, PCA shall invoice the City for actual
