�t NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING By the City of South Miami Planning and Zoning Board at City Hall - 6130 Sunset Drive - September 10, 1963 - 8:00 P.M. There will be a public hearing on the application of Chester N. Rotter, owner of W 80' of Lot 4 Block 4 Fairglade Park Subdivision, PB 45/80, for a variance to allow the construction of an accessory building. Location: 5788 SW 77 Terrace Setback Requirements 5'0" from rear lot line. Sec. 20-30 (d) Accessory Building: To be placed not closer than 5' more than principal building setback, provided the .setback shall be at least 5' greater than the front building line on an abutting side street. Proposed Side street setback - 5'. Rear property line setback -11'. All interested parties are urged to attend the meeting. Written approval or objection may be filed with the Board prior to the meeting. The Board reserves the right to recommend to the City Council whatever the Board considers in the best interest of the area involved.
