Mascitelli, explained the reasons for the request and presented to the Board a. waiver of 20% of the surrounding area residents approving said request. Mrs. Rose Messina of 5726 S. W. 77th Terrace and Mr. Ed Corley of 5763 S.W. 77th Terrace spoke in opposition to granting the request stating that the surrounding area is a long established residential neighborhood and the fumes, dust and noise that would occur if the request were granted would be intolerable to the surrounding neighbors. . Mr. Corley presented to the Board a Petition bearing the signatures of eleven persons who are property owners and neighbors objecting to the request for rezoning of this property from RS-3 Single Family to RO for parking.
